Opay is so far my most trusted fintech company.

I'm being having issues with the app for few days now and I've complained to the customer support,I was asked to uninstall the app and install again which I've done and I still experiencing late opening of app,it takes roughly 5 minutes and also after I press amount,for it to load where to insert my pin too...It takes a very long time,please and please, do something about it....it is embarrassing
