I have been waiting for my refund for 1 month and 3 days after mistakenly sending money to the wrong person. The recipient accepted the refund request, yet nothing has been resolved. I have contacted over 20 customer service agents, and every time I hear, “We are actively working on it,” but nothing actually happens. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. OPay needs to improve its custome

such a stupid micro bank. great regret. i logged a dispute since on 1st august 2026 over my 20k being hang via pos , today nah 24th nothing has been done to refund my money. we are working on it, that is their slogan useless and frustrating individual .... i have finally being refunded of my 20k. I am reporting OPay for withholding my money and giving false information. On 9th August 2026, I mistakenly recharge ₦40,200 airtime on my Opay account to my Glo line Glo has confirmed TWICE via Email and SMS that "reversal has been concluded from our end" since 16th August 2026. Ever since the, OPay has refused to credit me. On Live Chat and WhatsApp, OPay keeps telling me: "we are awaiting corre
